I grew up in a physician's family, strongly grounded in the arts and sciences. My great, great grandfather was an Episcopalian Minister born in Leeds, England who began a parish in Michigan. After I began researching my ancestors I confirmed that so much of my spirit, creative talents and healing intuition was in my blood from way, way back in history, it is in my genes. I consider myself a "Intuitive Cultural Creative" and I am honored to have the opportunities and God gifted talents that have been revealed to me.
I was so personally transformed by the art of Ayurvedic Healing that I became a student of the ancient and modern wisdom of Ayurveda. Dr.'s Suhas and Manisha Kshirsagar, BAMS, MD (Ayurveda), Ayurvedic Physicians and Researchers are my guides and The Chopra Center for Well-being has been my anchor in training and education.
Dr. Suhas is a classically trained Ayurvedic physician and a gold medalist from prestigious Pune University. A Rig Vedic Bramhin by tradition and an accomplished Clinician by training adds tremendous value to his clients and students alike. Dr. Manisha has been teaching Ayurveda and yoga for more than 10 years. She specializes in women and infant health, skin care and natural beauty treatments.
My focus is to help families, children and seniors by helping to open their internal pharmacy to prevent and heal disease. Each body is unique and your internal healing systems can repair and renew ancient cell history from your genealogy tracing back to the beginning of time. I focus on the mind, body and spirit consciousness, the attention and intention that stops the aging process.
This is a pivotal time in human history as Western Medicine and Ayurvedic Medicine merge with astounding power to heal and transform. I am honored to be at the cutting edge of the world shift as it is happening.
