My Top 10 Daily Law of Allowing Tips:
Meditate twice a day. Begin simply with 10 minutes before doing anything and 10 minutes at night. Grow your practice gradually to a half hour 2x per day. Make it a habit you can not live without.
Journal and write down your dreams in the morning. Much will be revealed from your subconscious.
Learn to breath properly and deeply. If you are stressed or in a hurry, stop and breath.
Take a break every hour during work sessions. Say no to overwork.
Have fun, participate in laughter yoga, watch funny movies and choose to be happy.
Go outside and play, walk and smell the roses. Dance, read and do art. Turn off the phone to allow your inspiration to reveal itself.
Eat really good nutritious food. Turn off the electronics and BE with the people you are with now and listen.
Practice being grateful and recapitulate your day every evening in a way best for you, after or before meditation and by journaling.
Forgive yourself and others, even when you have come up against evil and poor behavior that lacks grace, you can move on to your highest self. Even after life emergencies, trauma and PTSD, be patient and let it all go. Your heart will thank you.
Treat yourself and love yourself first. You do not owe anyone anything. You were created by the divine for a higher purpose, your own heart's desires and talents.

Did you know that 90% of estates will go through probate? It does not matter if it is large or small, your children, grandchildren and pets will have compounded pain and the state will receive your assets with no concern for your personal wishes. If there is a second or third marriage involved, your pets and family momentos will receive no protection. In Arizona, 49% of the files examined were in the probate process after one year. Upon your death, or loved one's death, probate costs, court delays and estate taxes can be a heavy burden on your heirs to pay. You will lose family property that has been loved and invested in for generations, including land and money reserved to care for disabled loved ones over 18 years old.
In probate, your private financial affairs become public court records anyone can access on the internet opening yourself up to identity theft. It is also easy to locate loved ones in a hospice or medical setting and steal personal and private information. Despite the law, thieves steal medical records every second, in the room, in the medical office and online.
Under Article 1 14-3101 of Arizona Probate Code, no Will is effective to pass title to a property until probated.
The alternative to Wills and the probate process is called a Living Trust. A Living Trust takes significantly less time to settle, is less costly and allows you to maintain control of your assets at all times. If you become ill, physically incapacitated or mentally ill or have dementia you are still protected. Your private affairs are kept private from public consumption. I can help you avoid thousands to tens of thousands of dollars in fees, estate taxes that can reach up to 40% of your estate value, probate costs and pain that can last for decades and generations. If you have a Will in place it needs to be updated every 5 years, everytime there is an address change, major purchase, sale, birth or marriage. If pets are not protected they may be euthanized. If children are not protected they may be separated and sent to those who do not have their best interests at heart.
All of these things listed happened to my family because the Will was not updated, guardianship not in place, and the family was not kept informed with second marriages involved.

Can a gif image contain a virus? Dangerous file types can be hidden in a gif file or video and be executed on your computer by automatically opening as a gif. When the original link and code is hidden you will not know you are infecting all your friends computers tablets, laptops and phones when you share it. Doing anything on the internet and not being smart about it is not being a good friend to anyone. A common tactic of malware writers is to disguise malicious files by hiding the file extension or adding spaces to the existing extension. Solution: ALWAYS check the source link before sharing anything. If the link to the art doesn't go anyware and the art moves, get off that page or site immediately. The malware can also be embeded in the advertising on the website page. If a Facebook, Google+, Twitter friend shares the "cute" gif or video post with hidden malware, they are hacked when the executable file downloads into their computer and webpage. When someone clicks on the art in an ad, the same result happens.
Warn them in a private message or phone call to remove the art immediately!
Any website can be designed look legit. Basic check website advice: Scroll to the bottom of the website you are checking the link on and check the security credentials and source. Search for information on that site. Be aware the internet has a dark side. I live by the philosophy if you’re not willing to lose all the data on every PC on the network, and have to invest $2,000 on average to have just one computer restored by security experts. PLUS, invest the 6 months to get your computer back in your office healthy with all it's memory... don’t share malware.

The many books and meditation experiences I have studied to
begin the shift are wide ranging. One is “Free to Love – Free to Heal” by David
Simon, M.D.
Actions created from focused love, intent and meditation,
create mediation. When a woman creates a relationship with another woman from across
the globe there is a bond. Women who are bonded do not kill and maim their
friend’s children, spouses or beloved environment.
2015 also marks the Women’s Walk for Peace in Korea with
Gloria Steinem and many amazing women at www.womencrossdmz.org. Did you know
that $1 Trillion is spent by USA, Russia, Japan, and South Korea on
militarization, fueled by unresolved conflicts, this is what I feel is the
definition of obscene and cruel.
One of my first
projects is to help guide this work through the sale of Chakra Bracelets for
Peace. Each bracelet is handcrafted in Israel with a gem selection
reflecting all the Chakras in the body or focused on a single Chakra. They are
beautiful.
More is being planned.
