At The Heart of All My Work is You. 

There is a good reason I am persistant is my search to create and share a total "Art of Life and Biz Well-being" practice within my advisor role.

Shit Happens. 

When it does, it is beyond what you are prepared for in your own life as an entrepreneur. Most businesses go under in the first 3-5 years because of a life emergency to a loved one or employee or even the owner. 

As I worked with thousands of businesses over the years, I found that due to the owner's or HR's lack of planning, their business would go through turmoil that affected my job working with them and created problems with all their B2B relationships. Many went out of business due to poor planning and back up AND, it can affect your family and home. 

If you are not fit for work, no one is.

That is why my work as a media and marketing professional includes many tools. 

EXAMPLES: 

You have no idea how old it gets when you, as a business decision maker, has to postpone a professional planned appointment because one of your employees had a traffic ticket or did not show up for work because their identity was stolen. 

Sometimes it is a tragic death or illness emergency that delays things for months to years for a worker's family. 

Excuses do not make for good business leadership. 

Yet these emergencies happen daily losing productivity and revenue for all involved, compounding the tragedy, worry and sadness.

That means you and I get nothing done and our time is misdirected. 

The end point of this post is that I am careful on who I choose to commit to in a long term or short term partnership. 

What I know is not for everyone but it might be for you.

Why Magnificence?

You are magnificent, period, no explanation required.

There are angels all around you.
Are your eyes wide shut or are they open to see?

Today, I was reflecting on all the interesting and fascinating people I am blessed to meet. Learning about their gifts and seeing the life glowing from their eyes and smiles. Each person creates something amazing with talents from God.

It makes it all the more heartbreaking to feel the anger that flows through a day.

I pray and meditate for forgiveness and understanding for the dysfunctional infliction of pain and suffering on our fellow beings. It is a vicious cycle. We can help by giving comfort in times of deep pain that there are no words to express. Listening and hearing with tears can express a deep concern for our friends grief and the victims of tragedy.

Praying for all family's who have had a loss, please bring love to flow around each person everywhere. Grieving is a cycle of recovery that takes years and patience.     

The more people we know, the more our hearts open and the more we can experience and feel as those friends transition either in life or death.

When you go to a place of total love there is no fear. 

If you come across someone in your path today who is always reacting in fear, bless them and walk away with compassion.

Fear based reactions are:

Sarcasm
Complaining
Blocking (the hand)
Gossip
Anger
Stuck

Feeling, expressing and experiencing these negative emotions is OK, it means a solution is needed or can be found. The problem comes when the reaction is deep in your inner being and stays stuck for years. Then it is a habit. This is why so many suffer. The suffering ripples out and slams other people unconsciously.

Create a new habit, think before speaking or writing, use manners and graciousness, be compassionate. Stop being mean to others. Say yes to something you can learn.

Magnifence is an attribute that is God given. If you know yours, you will know greatness in your soul.

Hanukkah Prayers and Wishes

Hanukkah is a Celebration deeply immersed in a history that includes pain, tragedy and redemption of the spirit.

Today, I found out one of my friends and partners lost a young family member yesterday at the Elementary School Shooting in Sandy Hook, Connecticut and I would like to request a prayer for his family.

Her name was Olivia, only six years old.
